PO film is film greenhouse covering material , its advantages Introduction

1. High light transmittance

   PE film light transmittance is 90%,EVA film light transmittance 85%, and PO film light transmittance can reach more than 95%, which is general film can not do, so by comparing the light transmittance of agricultural film, it is easy to judge whether it is PO material.  

2. Excellent antifogging flow droplet  

PO film can be maintained for a long time until the shed film is replaced, which can be accompanied by agricultural film for a lifetime, which is impossible to do with other agricultural film.  If you want to test the antifogging flow of the shed film, you can cover the PO film on a cup filled with boiling water to judge the state of antifogging flow.  If you want to judge the stability of defogging drops, you can use plastic tape to repeat the drops of the mucous membrane. If it is a good film, the defogging drops will not decrease. If it is defective film, the function of defogging drops will decrease or even disappear after repeated two or three times.  

3. Better physical performance  

PO film material is soft, EVA slightly hard, PE film is obviously hard.  PO film has strong tensile ability, not easy to penetrate, not easy to deformation, pull it by hand, it is easy to judge the shed film of different materials.  Especially at high temperature, PO film is more stable.  Ordinary PE film and EVA film melting point is only 120℃, with boiling water, the nature of agricultural film will change significantly, quickly become soft.  The melting point of PO film is 180℃, and the properties change little after boiling water  

4 .Longer service life  

No matter how thick, most of the other kinds of shed film is a year to change, otherwise it will be because of the decline in light transmittance, fog flow deterioration, resulting in poor environment in the shed, seriously affecting the normal growth of vegetables.  The PO film with the same thickness can be replaced in 2 or even 3 years because of its better light transmittance and defogging property.  Of course, the service life of agricultural film is closely related to the thickness of agricultural film. If you want to use agricultural film for many years, you must ensure a certain thickness.
