How to Built A greenhouse?
Greenhouses are constructs that create a microclimate for the ideal growth of plants. Can be used for plants just starting out or their lifelong homes. Building a greenhouse is a big project. how to build a greenhouse, what need be prepared?
Choose a venue or land for the new greenhouse
Choose a south-facing area. The main element needed in a greenhouse is good sunlight.
All structures should face north of the greenhouse.
One of the main greenhouse structures is the shawl, and the south wall of the building is a good choice
Priority is given to a place where the sun can be exposed from morning to noon. While full sun is best, morning sunlight encourages plant growth.
If there are trees or bushes near the greenhouse site, make sure they do not block the afternoon sun
Watch out for the winter and summer sun. If the eastern side of that place is open and sunny, it will get more sunshine from October to February.
The sun angle is lower in winter, so trees, houses and other structures are more likely to cause problems.
Don't choose a site near evergreen trees. Broadleaf leaves drop and provide no shade in winter, while greenhouses need more sunlight in winter.
Choose a place where electricity is available. Most greenhouses need some heat and ventilation to maintain optimal temperatures.
If you build a shack, you may be able to derive electricity from the house.
Separate buildings may require an electrician.
Choose a location with good drainage. You will need to remove excess rainwater.
If your site has uneven ground, you may need to fill it for drainage.
You may be able to use a cistern to prevent rainwater from falling on the eaves of the greenhouse

Choose a construction
Measure your site selection. Whether you're building a greenhouse from scratch or using a kit, you should choose your size carefully.
The larger the greenhouse, the more expensive it is to build the heating.
The most popular multi span greenhouse size is : span width is 8m, bay column is 4m.
Choose a greenhouse construction kit if you have a little experience with construction or if you have a few people building your greenhouse for you.
Build a Greenhouse. If you choose an area that faces away from the building, you may also want to build using the remaining walls as support.
If you have masonry, the heat from the building can help you maintain a steady, warm temperature.
This is a simple structure you can do yourself. You can provide support with rebar, timber beams and offset construction
Build an arch. This refers to the greenhouse drawings, which be made of hot dip galvanized round pipes.
Arched means that the top area.
This shape is inexpensive to build; however, the cheaper the material, the less durable it is
Choose a solid shelf or steel greenhouse frame. With this design, you will need a foundation and shelf. Unless you are a designer, you will need to buy the blueprints for the greenhouse or hire someone to build it.
You will need to use the help of a friend, or hire someone to help you build a large frame greenhouse

Choose cover material
Use UV stabilized polyethylene. This material transmits light similar to glass, but is lighter and less expensive.
The plastic film must be replaced every year.
It must be cleaned from time to time.
It does not resist heat as well as glass, but is still suitable for shawls, domes and small freestanding frame greenhouses.

Use tough double-layer polycarbonate sheet.
Polycarbonate can be gently flexed around the shelf, and it also saves up to 30% of energy because it's a double layer of plastic.
Filters 80% of light.

Buy fiberglass. If you build a framed greenhouse, you can save money by choosing fiberglass instead of glass.
Choose clear fiberglass.
A new resin coat is required every 10 to 15 years.
Invest in higher grade fiberglass. Low-grade glass fibers will greatly reduce light transmission.
Choose glass. If you're building a greenhouse that will accentuate your house or garden, glass is the most attractive.
Glass is very fragile and expensive to replace.
When building a framed greenhouse you have to build a foundation.
Tempered glass is better because it is harder than regular glass.
If you plan to install a glass greenhouse, you should consider hiring a construction company to make sure the foundation and frame can handle its weight.

Build frame
Using the string around the ground, measure where you want to place the support structure. Drive the stake into the ground.
Reinforced with rebar. If you're building a shawl or a dome, you can frame it with steel or PVC.
Carefully choose how the steel column is treated.
Consider a treatment like hot dip galvanized with more than 20 years life time.
with metal supports frame
Seal the covering as tightly as possible. You may be able to simply bolt it
The more expensive the covering, such as glass, fiberglass, or double-layer plastic, the more time it takes you to seal to the foundation and frame.
Research the best procedure for the mulch you choose.

Temperature control
Place the fan in the corner of the greenhouse. Position the fans diagonally.
They should be run frequently during the winter months to ensure that the entire greenhouse receives heat.
Install ventilation holes at the top of the greenhouse. They can also be placed near the top of the stand.
Some CO2 ventilation is also necessary.
Ventilation holes should be adjustable. You will need to open up the holes during the summer.
Consider installing an electric heater. Solar heat may only account for 25% of the greenhouse heat, so backup heaters are necessary.
You can also use wood or oil heaters, but they must be vented outside to ensure good air quality in the greenhouse.
You should check with your city or council to see what heating options are available in your area.

If you use a glass-framed greenhouse, install a pressure system. If you can afford your own greenhouse temperature control system, then you can install a pressure system and grow anything.
Hire an electrician and contractor to install the system.
Routine maintenance may be required to ensure ventilation and heating issues are dealt with in the winter.
Install a thermometer or thermostat. You should install several thermometers in case it breaks.
Place thermometers scattered around the greenhouse so you can observe the temperature of the greenhouse at all times.
You can purchase thermometers that measure indoor and greenhouse temperatures so you can closely monitor the temperature during the winter.
Additional Greenhouse Program
Research the growing conditions of the plants you want to grow. The more sensitive a plant is to changes in heat, the less likely you are to grow other plants in the same area.
A pergola is a greenhouse designed to keep plants from freezing. Ideal for temporary greenhouses.
Greenhouses are greenhouses designed to keep plants at tropical temperatures.
You will need to choose the temperature you want and keep it steady. In an open greenhouse, it is impossible to build different areas.
Make sure you have a steady water supply. Ideally supplied by hose and tank

Build raised beds in a greenhouse. Slatted tables can be used at the same time, as they allow water to drain through the table into the rubble.
s. If possible, build the growing beds into the main height of the garden to limit ergonomic issues
