The planting troughs are primarily constructed from polypropylene-a high-density, linear polymer characterized by an absence of side chains and high crystallinity. This material offers numerous advantages, including being non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless, as well as being lightweight, highly tough, and chemically resistant. It is exceptionally durable, with documented instances of successful performance in practical applications spanning over 15 years.

INSTALLATION STEPS:
Folding Diagram for the Planting Trough
Taking a 300mm-400mm-300mm planting trough as an example, the steps for folding the ends are as follows:
In the diagram, lines 1 and 2 represent the pre-existing crease lines on the planting trough that define the upright position. Lines 3, 4, and 5 represent the crease lines located at the ends of the trough that require on-site processing. When creating these creases, tools such as a flathead screwdriver may be used; however, the use of sharp blades or similar cutting tools must be strictly avoided. (See Figure 1)

After parts 3, 4, and 5 have been processed, stand parts 1, 2, and 3 upright, and fold them along lines 4 and 5 toward either the outer or inner side of the planting trough.
Once folded, secure the assembly with 3–4 plastic rivets (or blind rivets, screws, etc.) to complete the fabrication of the end section.
Drain Outlet Installation Diagram:
Typically, one drain outlet is provided for each planting trough; a circular hole with a diameter of 50 mm is cut into the trough at the end where the drain outlet is located.
