In order to verify the application effect of humic acid water-soluble fertilizer on tomatoes, we conducted a 1-year and 2-field field block test. The test results show that spraying humic acid water-soluble fertilizer can significantly increase tomato yield (P<0.05), improve tomato fruit quality, increase growers' economic benefits, and has certain promotion and application value.
Tomato is one of China's important bulk vegetables. Its planting area accounts for 57.2% of vegetable facility cultivation, and its output accounts for about 7% of the country's total vegetable output. Tomatoes are mainly cultivated on land and in facilities. In order to pursue high yields and high profits, growers often increase yields by excessive application of chemical fertilizers.
However, due to the excessive use of chemical fertilizers all year round, it will not only cause soil compaction, but also lead to a decline in tomato quality and yield, seriously affecting the economic benefits of growers and restricting the development of agricultural economy. Therefore, it is very necessary to explore a new type of fertilizer to improve tomato quality and increase tomato yield.
Practice has shown that leaves can absorb liquid fertilizer sprayed on their surfaces more quickly, and foliar fertilization is a very effective auxiliary measure for balanced fertilization. Humic acid is a complex organic colloid, containing a large number of quinone, carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl active groups, which has the function of adsorption and coagulation. Humic acid water-soluble fertilizer is made of free humic acid as a synergistic component and adding appropriate amounts of large, medium and trace elements. It is dissolved or diluted with water and is mainly used as solid or liquid water for foliar fertilization. Soluble fertilizers and humic acid fertilizers, as a new type of fertilizer, can also be used for flushing. They are beneficial to adjusting soil pH and buffering capacity, increasing soil enzyme activity and beneficial soil microorganisms. They can effectively improve the physical and chemical properties of soil, increase soil available nutrients and organic matter content, promote plant growth and material accumulation, and increase crop yields.
Humic acid is the main component of drought-resistant agents, foliar fertilizers, regulators and compound products. Generally, small-molecule humic acid can be directly absorbed and utilized by crops. It participates in the synthesis of organism proteins in the body, promotes crop metabolism and growth and development, increases the accumulation of dry matter, and promotes the improvement of crop yields. , Research shows that spraying humic acid water-soluble fertilizer on tomato leaves can increase the soluble solids, total soluble sugar, and Vc content of the fruit, and increase tomato yield. Research shows that spraying humic acid fertilizer and water-soluble boron fertilizer can increase tomato yield by 13%. Water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid is beneficial to increasing vegetable yield.
On the basis of local conventional fertilization, the application of tested humic acid water-soluble fertilizer is beneficial to promote the growth and development of tomatoes, which is reflected in the increase in the number of tomatoes per plant and the weight of individual fruits, making the tomato leaves dark green and increasing the tomato yield. Among them, the weight of individual tomatoes can be increased by 3.21% to 4.41% compared to the control, and the number of fruits per plant can be increased by 4.30% to 5.32%. The yield of tomatoes per hectare is increased by 9449.25 to 10857.3% compared with conventional fertilization. kg, the yield increase rate reaches 7.59% to 9.74%. On the basis of local conventional fertilization, the application of humic acid water-soluble fertilizer will help improve the economic benefits of growers. The income per hectare can be increased by 40,602.75 to 41,913.0 yuan compared with conventional fertilization. This experiment only studied the effect of spraying humic acid water-soluble fertilizer on tomato growth and yield. The effect on tomato quality requires further study.
