Glass greenhouses are a necessary construction for many fruit and vegetable growers today, which can greatly improve the convenience of winter planting. The thermal insulation of glass greenhouses is very important. To improve the thermal insulation performance of glass greenhouses, all parts of the greenhouse must be tight. When constructing the greenhouse, the following measures are mainly taken.
1. The back wall and back slope of the greenhouse are the main parts of the cold wind, and the insulation quality has a great influence on the temperature in the greenhouse. The thickness of the wall is 50-60 cm, and the soil outside the wall is 80-100 cm; it is best to build a hollow wall, and a wind barrier can be placed outside the back wall of the greenhouse to reduce the wind.
2. Front slope heat preservation The front slope surface of the greenhouse is the main source of greenhouse heat during the day, and it is also the main part of the throughflow heat release. The front slope is covered with paper quilt and grass thatch at night; some are covered with double grass thatch and cotton quilt.
3. Set up a cold-proof trench outside the front window of the greenhouse (10 cm away from the front window) to prevent the indoor soil from transferring heat to the outside. The cold-proof ditch is 30-40 cm deep and 30 cm wide. The ditch is filled with slag, messy grass, horse manure, and rice husk. The top of the ditch is tightly covered, which can effectively prevent the loss of ground temperature.
