How to solve the dripping of the greenhouse film?

Due to the high temperature in the greenhouse, the film of the greenhouse is prone to water mist. This phenomenon will not only increase the air humidity, but some water droplets will drip onto the vegetable leaves in the greenhouse, forming a water film, which provides conditions for the onset of diseases and other mildews. If the water droplets of the shed film are not cleaned up in time, it is easy to cause shed diseases. The reasons for the dripping of the greenhouse film: First, because of the poor quality of the non-drip film covered, the evaporated water does not flow down as a water film on the inner surface of the film, but forms drops of water; the second is because of the film. When the film-like water flows downwards, it encounters the barriers of iron wires, arches and other building materials, and forms water droplets that accumulate and then drip.

Measures to be taken to avoid dripping:

One is the non-drip film with good covering quality. Although the one-time investment on the film has increased, there is less dripping, less humidity, less disease, less spraying, high vegetable yield and good quality.

The second is to build the lighting surface of the greenhouse into an arc-shaped lighting surface to avoid direct contact of the shed film with the iron wire, causing a lot of dripping.

The third is to spray bean noodle water or no dripping agent. If there are more water droplets on the shed film, you can spray non-drip agent (silicone additives, etc.) or bean noodle water on the film. Pay attention to ventilate before spraying. After the water droplets on the greenhouse film are dry, spray evenly on the surface of the inner film of the greenhouse. Spray 120-150ml of liquid per square meter of the film. When the water film is dry, close the vents to make the film dry. In half a month to one month, dripping decreased significantly.
