Design Notes:

3. The main structure and technical parameters of the greenhouse:
The overall greenhouse structure is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, and all connecting mechanisms are assembled with hot-dip galvanized materials.
1. Land engineering: (We provide embedded parts, Party A builds itself)
The foundation column adopts (C20) independent concrete column, and the specification of the independent concrete main column is 500×500×600mm. Construction is carried out by on-site casting and pre-buried Φ14×64mm×4 anchor wires. Brick walls are built around the greenhouse, 0.6 meters above the ground, with a thickness of 24 cm, and both sides are plastered with cement. Greenhouse roads are hardened with 6cm thick concrete.
2. Greenhouse skeleton
All skeletons are made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, anti-condensation, and corrosion resistance. All connecting components are assembled with hot-dip galvanized materials

In summer, use the sunshade curtain to block the sunlight and prevent excess solar radiation from entering the greenhouse, which not only ensures the normal growth of seedlings, but also reduces the indoor energy accumulation, thereby reducing the temperature in the greenhouse, protecting the crops from strong light burns, and reducing the indoor temperature by 3 -10°C; In winter, the sunshade can reflect indoor infrared rays and reduce heat dissipation, thereby increasing indoor temperature, reducing energy consumption, and reducing operating costs in winter. The sunshade curtain can also prevent indoor water vapor from escaping without restriction, effectively maintain air humidity, reduce irrigation water and save fertilization, control crop harvesting period, grow and improve crop quality. The shading stroke is 3.95 meters, and the running speed is 0.6m/min.
5. Control system:
Automatic control is the core technology of modern greenhouse environment control. The control system is precisely assembled with high-quality electronic components. The imported Taiwan HP4 digital display temperature controller has stable performance and precise control. It can realize the manual control of the inner and outer shading systems of the greenhouse; the cooling system is equipped with two sets of contactor elements, which can be manually controlled to open and stop, and can be automatically stopped through the travel switch. The power of each motor is 0.75kw, and the power supply is 380V, 50HZ. The power of each fan is 1.1KW, and the power of the water pump motor: 1.5kw/set.
6. Coverage project:
Thin film coverage: high-quality PO film is used, all of which are made of aluminum alloy slots and sealed with plastic circlips.
