1. Steel pipe

The steel pipe is mainly the frame material of the greenhouse. Most of the domestic steel pipes are steel inside and hot-dip galvanized outside. Square tubes are generally used on the columns of smart greenhouses, and round tubes are used to build the frame of the greenhouse. They are secondary load-bearing structures. Oval tubes are new products launched in recent years. Some elliptical pipes are made of galvanized strips, and the anti-corrosion performance is inferior to that of round pipes, which are only selected in some areas. Ji-shaped steel is mostly used on the top of the intelligent greenhouse to form the Ji-shaped steel skeleton, which has the advantage of low cost.

2. Film

Film is one of the covering materials for greenhouses. At present, domestic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic films are widely used in the north. Its main advantages are low price, low maintenance cost, low installation and low price of greenhouse components. In the south, polyethylene (PE) is mainly used, and its price is higher than that of PVC, but its high temperature resistance is better, and its disadvantage is that it is not flexible enough. The average service life of these two films is generally one year, and the environmental protection cost is relatively high.

3. Sunshine board

The sun board material is also a greenhouse covering material. It is made of polycarbonate pc as the main raw material. It is a new type of environmentally friendly building material. Its main advantage is its strong impact resistance, which is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass. ;Weather resistance, no deformation will occur between -40-120°C. Sunshine panels are light in weight, high in hardness, commonly known as ring steel, with a light transmittance of about 80%, good heat preservation and heat transfer coefficient of 3.3, and a service life of more than ten years.

1. Civil works, ring beams around the greenhouse, internal independent foundations, embedded parts, etc.

2. For the skeleton part, the column is generally 120*3.0 or 150*3.0, the truss is generally 50*70 or 50*50, and the girder is generally 30*50. The outer sunshade frame is generally 50*50.

3. For the aluminum alloy part, this material requires a three-piece set of aluminum alloy.

4. For the covering part, 5+6+5 insulating glass is generally used around, and 5mm single-layer tempered glass or hollow solar panel is used on the top.

5. For the shading part, the black silk shading net with a shading rate of 65%-80% is used for the outer shading, and the aluminum foil mesh is used for the inner shading
