How To Install Greenhouse Shading System

How to install greenhouse shading system?  shding system including driving system, shading curtain, push rod, and driving rod, motor and installstion accessories.

1. Install the “Supporting Rope for the Shading net” .

There are 2 kinds of rope based on different function, one is under the shading net which named Supporting shading net rope, another upper the shading net which name Pressing shading net rope.

A) position: Twine the “ rope” from the first beam to last beam and fasten. Middle use fasten wire fixed on the beam..  

B) Distance: the rope under the shading net, rope to rope is 500mm;

the rope upper the shading net, one upper rope every three under rope.

2. Install “ Push-Pull Pipe”, Rack, Push-pull pipe Joint

1) Install the  “ push-pill pipe” in the “Hanging Wheel”.

2) Push-Pull Pipe Joint contact the Rack and Push-pull pipe

3) Driving Clip connect the Driving Edge and Push-pull pipe

Shading Net use wiggle wire fixed into the Driving Edge,  Driving Edge drag the Shading Net Open and Close when the Gear and Rack working.

Every Bay Section (4m) have one Driving Edge.

3. Weld “ Driving Pipe”, Connect Gear Seat and “ Motor for Shading system”

4. Install “ Driving Edge”

Put the “ Driving Edge” on the “ Rope for shading net”, next to the beam, one piece per 4m

Install the “Butterfly clip” to hanging the supporting shading net rope

5.Install Shading Net

Put the shading net on the “rope”

1) One side of the Shading net fixed on the beam Use “ Fasten wire”, another side of the Shading net fixed into the “ Driving Part”, use the Wiggle Wire.

2) Put the “ Counterweight plate” on the shading net to make it drooping
