This project belongs to the plant intelligent greenhouse project, which is mainly used for planting vegetables and flowers. The project construction content includes greenhouse foundation, greenhouse main structure, covering material, natural ventilation system, outside shading system, fan&water pad cooling system, rainwater drainage system,power distribution and control system.
The greenhouse covers an area of about 40*153.6 square meters. Our design concept for this project is "adhere to the scientific and practical principles;Adhere to the principle of improving the utilization rate, energy saving, water saving and high efficiency of land resources; Adhere to the principle of advanced, reliable and applicable greenhouse structure materials and equipment procurement; Adhere to the principle of world leadership.
Therefore, according to the construction requirements, we choose the best domestic products in the key components of each system.
Greenhouse Loads data and Standards:
The main design technical parameters of this project
(1)Wind load: 120 Km/m2
(2)Snow load: 0.30KN/m2
(3)Maximum rainwater drainage capacity: 140mm/h
(4)Greenhouse dead load: 20Kg/m2
(5)Heating temperature difference: delta T=27℃ (outdoor 10℃, indoor 10-37 ℃)
(6)Requirements for greenhouse foundation engineering: according to the geological conditions on site, the design should refer to the national standard "design scope of building foundation" (GB J50007-2002)
(7)Electrical parameters: Can be customized according to customer requirements.
Greenhouse Ground works &Infrastructure:
The embedded depth of independent point foundation in greenhouse is about 0.6m under 0.000, and independent foundation is adopted in greenhouse. Around the greenhouse, 0.8 meters high brick wall skirt is set, of which 0.50m above ±0.000 and 0.3m below ±0.000 are reinforced concrete ring beams with a height of 300mm and a width of 250mm. The embedded anchor bolt at the top of the foundation and foundation beam is used to connect the super structure column. The greenhouse is surrounded by 80cm wide concrete to disperse water. Outside the greenhouse water distribution facilities outside the drain. Greenhouse foundation civil engineering, around the drainage ditch can be built by the owner. The design is based on the national standard "code for design of building foundation" (GB J50007-2002)
Steel Structure general Terms:
All steel structure materials used in greenhouse are made of national standard high quality black steel.
All columns, trusses and other components and joints are processed and welded first, and then hot-dip galvanized;
Site assembly, no welding.Metallic coatings-- Hot dip galvanized steel all other steel parts and fasteners shall be made according to GB/T 13912-2002 Metallic coatings-- Hot dip galvanized steel
The connecting fixed parts are mainly used in line with GB5782 standard and are treated by hot dip galvanization. The service life of the main structure of greenhouse is not less than 20 years.
specifications of main profiles:
Foundation: the strip foundation with a low wall of 0.8 meters high is adopted around the greenhouse, and the independent point foundation is used inside.
(2) The greenhouse framework is light steel structure, which is made of domestic hot-dip galvanized steel.
The columns adopt 50*100*3.0mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular pipes.
The end columns adopt 50*50*3.0mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular pipes.
The side auxiliary columns adopt 30*50*2.0mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular pipes.
The girders adopt 50*50*2.0.mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular pipes.
The arch pipes adopt 32*1.5mm round pipes
The external awning columns adopt 50*50*2mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular pipes.
The external sunshade bars adopt 50*50*2mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular pipes
The external sunshade longitudinal bars adopts 50*50*2mm hot-dip galvanized rectangular pipes.
The thickness of galvanized layer of main frame of greenhouse is 0.06-0.08mm, GB/ t3091-93 is used for hot dip galvanized.
The gutter is made of B=2.0mm thick cold-bending hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and the slope of the water gutter is 2.5‰ for drainage.
Each connector adopts hot-dip galvanized bolt.
