How to grow mushrooms in agriculture multi span mushroom greenhouse?

Optimum growth temperature: In a humid state, the optimum temperature for basidiomycetes germination is 22～26℃. The temperature range for mycelium growth is 5～24℃, and the most suitable temperature is 24～27℃. However, due to the protective effect of wood, mushrooms can also be used in high-cold mountainous areas where the temperature is lower than -20℃ or low-altitude areas higher than 40℃. Can survive safely, mycelium will not die.

Growth humidity requirements: in the sawdust medium, the optimum water content for mycelial growth is 60～70; the suitable water content in mushroom wood is 32～40, the survival rate of inoculation below 32{ is not high, and the survival rate is 10～ Under 15 conditions, the growth of hyphae was extremely poor. During the fruit body formation period, the moisture content of the mushroom wood should be kept at about 60, and the air humidity should be 80～90.

Appropriate application of fertilizer: Shiitake is a wood-rot fungus, the main nutrients are carbohydrates and nitrogen-containing compounds, as well as a small amount of inorganic salts and vitamins. The various nutrients in the mushroom wood and the culture medium can only be absorbed and utilized by the mushrooms when they are dissolved in water

Optimal growth light: Shiitake mushrooms are light-needing fungi, and diffuse light with suitable intensity is a necessary condition for Shiitake mushrooms to complete a normal life history. However, light is not required for mycelial growth. Studies have shown that blue light with a wavelength of 380-540nm has an inhibitory effect on mycelial growth, but it is most beneficial to the formation of primordium. The differentiation, growth and development of shiitake mushroom fruit bodies require light. Fruit bodies cannot be formed without light. Studies have shown that the light intensity of 40-7-lx is more appropriate. The primordium of shiitake mushrooms tends to grow in the dark, with small caps, long stalks, light color, thin flesh, and poor quality
