Multi-span smart glass greenhouse
(1) Hot-dip galvanized steel frame, covered with 4mm thick float glass with a light transmittance of ≥95%. The top and sides of the greenhouse are made of special profiles. (2) The top of the greenhouse has two-way windows with a ventilation rate of 27%, and is driven by a rack and pinion pair. According to customer needs, wet curtains and fans can be installed at both ends of the greenhouse, and profile sliding windows, casement windows or outward-opening windows can also be installed on the two end faces and sides. (3) The glass greenhouse has a single span, three peaks, multiple rain gutters, and a steel frame structure. It has a beautiful appearance and strong hanging capacity, but its thermal insulation capacity is slightly poor. Therefore, when choosing this type of greenhouse, its operating costs must be considered. For places with free heat sources and waste heat from power plants, glass greenhouses are a better choice.
Multi-span intelligent PC board greenhouse
(1) The greenhouse uses a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, imported/domestic polycarbonate hollow sheet covering materials, and aluminum alloy profiles or special polycarbonate connectors/bee clips. (2) With a single span and three peaks, the greenhouse features a small roof, multiple rain gutters, a large span, and a steel frame structure, making it easy to install partitions inside. (3) The greenhouse roof is relatively low, saving heating energy in winter. (4) The greenhouse has strong drainage capacity and can be connected to a large area.
Film solar greenhouse
The main frame of the plastic film solar greenhouse is constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel pipes and connectors. The top features a pointed curved structure to enhance snow load resistance, resulting in a simple and sturdy frame. The covering material can be imported or domestically produced long-life film, secured with slots and plastic-coated retaining springs. Manual roll-up windows can be installed on both sides, and the vents are equipped with insect screens. Custom ventilation systems can be added to the end panels, while micro-spraying, drip irrigation, and fertigation systems can be installed indoors, along with external shading. This type of greenhouse offers a simple structure, easy installation, and low cost, making it an economical option. It is suitable for large-scale cultivation of flowers, vegetables, and seedlings.
Single shed
The plastic greenhouse's main frame is constructed of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes and connectors, with a curved top structure to enhance snow resistance. The frame is simple and sturdy. The covering material can be imported or domestically produced long-life film. This type of greenhouse offers a simple structure, easy installation, and low cost, making it an economical option. It's suitable for large-scale cultivation of flowers, vegetables, and seedlings.
greenhouse system
A "wet curtain-fan" ventilation and cooling system is the most economical and effective forced cooling measure for greenhouses, livestock and poultry houses, and high-temperature workshops in summer. Time has proven that even in hot climates, a properly configured and installed "wet curtain-fan" cooling system can still keep indoor temperatures below 30°C, providing an optimal working environment and ideal growth conditions for poultry and plants.
The wet curtain can ensure that the circulating water evenly wets the entire wet curtain body, thereby ensuring that the wet curtain surface in contact with the air is completely wet. Through the evaporation of water, part of the heat in the air condenses in the water vapor; at the same time, the axial flow fan installed at the other end of the room runs to form a negative pressure area indoors, so that the outdoor air is sucked into the room through the wet curtain, and the high-temperature water vapor is discharged outdoors, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling.
Internal and external sunshade systems
In the summer, when the sun is strong, closing the sunshade curtain can effectively reduce the indoor temperature. In the winter, when it is cold at night, closing the sunshade curtain can effectively prevent the loss of heat inside the greenhouse, thereby playing a role in energy saving and heat preservation. In addition, according to the different crops grown, choosing external sunshade curtains with different shading rates can allow sunlight to enter the greenhouse in a diffuse form, preventing crops from being burned by strong light and ensuring the reasonable use of sunlight. Name Shading rate Energy saving rate Standard Width Aluminum foil inner sunshade net (insulation type) 55% 65%
Window system
The rack-and-pinion continuous window opening system is a common method of window opening activation in large multi-span greenhouses. This system operates smoothly, safely, and reliably. In this system, a geared motor drives a gear through a drive shaft, which then meshes with a rack, creating a linear reciprocating motion. The end of the rack is connected to the vent support, enabling the vent to open and close.
