Double Arch Greenhouse

The round-arched film multi-span greenhouse, also called the double-arch double-film multi-span greenhouse, is an improved version of the 8430 type multi-span greenhouse. The top and sides of this type of greenhouse are covered with double-layer films to enhance the thermal insulation of the greenhouse. At the same time, compared with the external shading system and internal shading system of the 8430 type greenhouse, an internal thermal insulation system is added.
The frame of the double-arch double-membrane multi-span greenhouse is connected with hot-dip galvanized pipe screws. The upright columns are 50*100*3.0 square tubes, the cross beams are 50*50*2.0 square tubes, the outer and inner arches are made of ∅32*2.0 round tubes, and the outer sunshade horizontal and longitudinal beams are made of 50*50*2.0 round tubes. The above various pipe connections are all connected with hot-dip galvanized screws, ensuring that the double-arch double-membrane multi-span greenhouse has good anti-rust capabilities.
The double-arch double-membrane multi-span greenhouse has two layers of beams, one layer is used to install the internal shading system, and the other layer is used to install the internal insulation system. One-inch pipes and screws are used to hang the upper and lower beams to ensure structural strength.
The membranes on the top and around the double-arch double-membrane multi-span greenhouse have been installed. Generally, the outer film is 15-silk PO film and the inner film is 8-silk PO film. This kind of film must be coated with a droplet anti-fog coating inside, and its normal service life is about five years.
The cost of a formal high-standard double-layer film multi-span greenhouse is about 200 yuan per square meter, the hand-cranked seedbed system is about 90 yuan per square meter, and the fin tube heating is about 35 yuan per square meter.
