Briefly introduce the importance of leveling the foundation of multi-span film greenhouses and how to find the slope of the gutter to prevent water accumulation in the rain gutter after installation.

There are generally three methods for finding slopes for rain gutters in multi-span film greenhouses: 1. After leveling the foundation, calculate the required slope and cut the main columns. 2. Finding the slope of the foundation means finding the required slope directly on the foundation when pouring the foundation. 3. Pre-embedded iron sloping means leveling the foundation. The screws of the pre-embedded iron four-corner bolts should be 12-14 centimeters. This is a film multi-span greenhouse construction plan. In this way, the height of the bolts can be flexibly adjusted to reach the required height of the column, which is convenient, fast and flexible. The above two methods are more troublesome and waste labor. Nowadays, the third method is basically used. The advantage is that it is most flexible, saves labor and is fast.
Multi-span film greenhouses are divided into one-way drainage and two-way drainage according to the length of the north and south bays of the greenhouse. When the length of the greenhouse is less than 30 meters, one-way drainage can be considered. If it is greater than 30 meters, two-way drainage can be considered. If it is greater than 60-70 meters, it can be increased. Internal drainage is three-way drainage or multi-way drainage. The difference between the high and low points of the water tank in a multi-span film greenhouse is 2.5 thousandths. This calculation method is troublesome and troublesome to calculate during construction, and is difficult for ordinary workers. In order to save labor and trouble, workers can operate and install independently. , the height of each column differs by one centimeter from north to south, that is, from the designed low point to the high point, one is one centimeter higher than the other. This fool-proof operation is convenient for workers to install and is less prone to errors. When the level is exceeded, it should be accurate to an error of no more than 2 millimeters to facilitate follow-up work. When finding the center point of each column pier, if you do not have a theodolite, you must tighten it on a large scale and then calculate the position of each center point to minimize the error and facilitate later installation.
Multi-span film greenhouse refers to a type of greenhouse with a single-span arch, multi-span arch roof, multiple rain troughs, and a long-span structure. The top and surrounding sides are covered with a single layer of film. The span of a multi-span film greenhouse is generally 8.0m, the bay is generally 4.0m, the eaves height is generally 3.0m, the ridge height is about 4.95m, and the height of the external shading system is 5.5m (if it contains an external shading system). The configured system is the same as that of an all-glass greenhouse: the main body is hot-dip galvanized steel frame, top and surrounding covering materials, external sunshade system, internal sunshade insulation system, top-opening window system, water curtain fan cooling system, power distribution system, and drainage system
