This is a issue in cold area in winter. there are the following mothod to keep the high temperature for the greenhouse in the winter.

1)  add the warm blanket on the greenhouse roof and four side walls

2) disign the double frame and double film greenhouse like the below

3) warm equipment such as hot fan and hot boilers
