Greenhouse strawberry cultivation techniques and correct strawberry greenhouse management methods
First, the strawberry planting time is early and the results are early and the production cycle is short and the results are quick. Planting begins in September, bears fruit in November, and ends in May of the following year. It not only enriches the varieties of winter and spring fruit markets, but also coincides with traditional festivals such as New Year's Day and Spring Festival. Market demand is strong and product prices are high. Second, strawberry cultivation is easy, management is convenient, production cost is low, yield is high, and profits are good, making it suitable for farmland structure adjustment in various places. The requirements for developing efficient agriculture and the technical key points of strawberry greenhouse cultivation.
2. Plant management Strawberry seedlings are planted until flower buds grow. It is generally required to retain 5 to 6 leaves and one bud. Excessive old leaves, sub-buds, and axillary buds must be removed in time. After flowering and fruiting, remove old leaves and dead leaves that turn yellow on the stems, and remove stolons in time to reduce consumption.

Remove small branches and weak fruits. Generally, 7 to 9 fruits are left per peduncle to enlarge the fruits and improve their quality.
3. Temperature and humidity control The optimal temperature for strawberry growth is 20~28°C. High temperatures above 36°C and low temperatures below 5°C are detrimental to strawberry growth. Generally, the temperature is controlled between 25 and 28°C during the day, not exceeding 30°C, and 7°C is appropriate at night. Keep the temperature at 25℃ during the initial flowering period and 23℃ during the mature flowering period. From late December to the end of January, when the greenhouse temperature is lower than 5 degrees, a small arch shed should be installed in the greenhouse to cover it with a buckle film. When the temperature is extremely low, a three-layer film should be used for insulation. The humidity in the shed should be controlled below 80% before flowering and 60% from flowering to fruit enlargement. To prevent the onset of high temperature and humidity, use ventilation around noon. By April of the following year, when the temperature rises significantly, the membranes on both sides of the greenhouse can be removed to increase ventilation to reduce temperature and humidity and extend the fruit production period.
4. In recent years, glass greenhouses, film greenhouses, etc. have been widely built across the country according to needs to create a good growing environment for crops. Greenhouse engineering has become an important part of agriculture. A greenhouse is to establish a simulated climate condition suitable for biological growth and create an artificial meteorological environment to eliminate restrictions on biological growth such as temperature and humidity. It can enable different crops to be produced in seasons that are not suitable for growth, partially or completely eliminating the dependence of crops on natural conditions. The most popular greenhouse at present is the strawberry greenhouse. Strawberry greenhouse plays a great role in increasing strawberry yield and producing high-quality strawberries.

5. Strawberry greenhouses are composed of scaffolding, plastic film, laminate ropes, and fixed rope piles. The scaffolding includes metal pipe frames and cement casting frames. Among them, the metal frame structure has low cost, long life, easy maintenance and replacement, and is favored by the majority of strawberry growers, especially start-up entrepreneurs. The plastic film is a standard white transparent non-drip film, with the length and width corresponding to the scaffolding. It is determined according to the temperature at that time, leaving appropriate ventilation openings. If the temperature drops to 0 degrees Celsius to 2 degrees at night, an inner layer of film should be added to increase the insulation to prevent the flowers from freezing.
6. 1. Before covering with a large film, that is, before the strawberry flowers bloom, do the disease and insect prevention work. You can spray a mixture of amylamine or fentanyl plus fentanyl and mite mud 1-2 times to prevent the early occurrence of gray mold, powdery mildew, aphids, and red spider mites.
2. Open vents in a timely manner, and flexibly prevent and control them according to changes in temperature and the difference between temperatures inside and outside the shed, and try our best to achieve both ventilation and heat preservation effects.
3. Place a box of bees in the middle of each shed to pollinate the bees to reduce the occurrence of deformed fruits and increase the fruit setting rate. The bees must be managed well and fed in time in rainy and cold weather.
4. Pick fruits that are more than 8 years old according to the order of each shed, remove old yellow leaves in time, and defoliate the whole garden around March. This can reduce the nutrient consumption of the plants, enhance the ventilation of the plants, make the fruits more susceptible to light, and reduce the incidence of diseases and insect pests caused by the gradual rise in temperature.
